Week 1 Ending – 7 June 2026
Thanks for taking part in the beta test of Fama Concordia and the Formula For Life.ai Alignment Campus.
This week has seen a great response and we’ve got a great mix of early participants.
We have 21 beta testers currently and I know this sounds small but we don’t want the system to overload if we find any issues. Besides, we were still doing brain surgery with Fama’s knowledge and core conversation adjustments so it was prudent to avoid having “public” testers experiencing a major crash. Touch wood there have been just a couple of minor problems we’ve solved quietly.
There are currently six freelancers working on the project.
In terms of milestones this week we have:
- Set Fama up and you’ve been having test conversations. So far she has had 1,179 queries from 21 Titans, so you’ve been giving her a good test, thankyou
- We’ve set a theme style sheet for Fama and the website (what you see now)
- And we’ve started sand box testing the app (behind the scenes)
Next week we intend to:
- Consider your feedback from the week one test and make appropriate adjustments
To give you and understanding of how seriously we take your feedback, some of the revisions we made from the Alpha test to now were:
- Allowing people to explore the web with Fama instead of just sticking to the decode your diagnosis framework
- Increasing our identity protection protocols
- Having Fama address you by your first name
- Have Fama be compassionate but remaining professionally at arms length.
In addition this week we intend to
- Start strengthening our safety and security and locking down some of the test and development hatches into Fama’s brain.
- Start sandboxing private and personal Alignment Campus portals for subscribers like you, with the intent of releasing some components to you by the end of the week
- Publicly invite beta testers from our social subscriber environments and Firestarter network (slowly)
