1. Our Core Privacy Philosophy: Sovereignty First

At Formula For Life, we believe that your health data belongs to you. 

Traditional digital tools treat individuals as data streams to monetize; our ecosystem treats you as a Titan, likely a professional reclaiming personal agency. Fama Concordia is designed as a navigation assistant, not a tracking engine.

Our systems operate under a strict Human-First, AI-Amplified model. This means your personal reflections, biometric indicators, and dynamic harmony logs are treated with professional-grade security, ensuring your identity is protected while you step out of “survival mode.”

2. Information We Collect and How We Use It

To facilitate your “Fama-Sync” interactions without cluttering your digital footprint, we collect two distinct categories of data:

A. Account Data (Identity Management)

 What We Collect: Name, email address, and billing information (processed securely through our WordPress system. 

How We Use It: To manage your access to the Titans Arena and Alignment Campus courses. This data lives strictly within our FluentCRM and architecture and is never shared with third-party advertising networks. Any marketing or promotion of third party products and services are conducted within our own Formula For Life environment.

Testimonials: From time to time we may consider the use of any comments you provide us, through any communication channels, in our promotional material. Consent will always be requested prior to use.

B. Interaction Data (Fama-Sync Logs)

 What We Collect: The text, context vectors, and friction markers you input during your 24/7 navigation sessions (e.g., inputting an elevated stress baseline or discussing what’s on your mind).

 How We Use It: To provide real-time, contextually accurate responses based on the Alignment Framework and your direct needs.

3. The Anonymization & Security Protocol

We implement strict operational guardrails to prevent data dilution or exposure:

 De-Identified AI Processing: Before your Fama-Sync queries are parsed by our core processing layers, all personally identifiable information (PII) is stripped. The AI interacts with a sanitized situational profile, not your identity. Your information is held in a separate anonymised vault detached from your CRM account. Unlike the majority of AI models, the only person with access to your data is you.

 Zero Model Training on Personal Data: Your private interactions, health friction markers, and personal breakthroughs are never used to train public large language models (LLMs). Anonymised trends may be used to train Fama internally but never publicly shared. 

Source of Knowledge: The Fama Concordia ecosystem is a privately curated knowledge bank designed around Paul Cobbin’s content, at its core, and then augmented as the “Star Intellect” gaining updates to its knowledge through curated academic and structural content authorized and provided by our Expert Advisory Panel of Firestarters (guest content providers), not by indexing user journals or public knowledge.

Encryption Standards: All data exchanged between your device and the Alignment Campus is protected using enterprise-grade SSL/TLS encryption protocols at rest and in transit. The core brain is Google Gemini, the customer relationship is on a Fluent CRM foundation and two independent Pinecone databases on our own private Google Cloud server house the knowledge base and the conversation logs. Your identity in the conversation log is a number, not your name or contact details. The number and name are resolved at the moment the conversation enters the Fama Concordia interface built separately on “Wordpress AI-Engine”.

4. Crucial Guardrails & Scope of Service

Fama Concordia is a digital navigation assistant designed to help you apply the operational logic of the Alignment Codex. She is not a doctor, licensed psychologist, or medical practitioner. 

5. Data Retention, Ownership, and the Right to Purge

You maintain absolute sovereignty over your record inside the ecosystem.

On-Demand Deletion: You can request a complete purge of your Fama-Sync history and FluentCRM user profile at any time directly through your dashboard. Once requested, your records are deleted from our active databases within 48 business hours.

Conversation Retrieval: Only you can view your conversations outside Fama’s interface through a dedicated retrieval process, within your user portal in the Alignment Campus. Only you can access and retrieve past conversations.

Beta Test Retention Policy: During the Phase 1 and 2 Beta tests, anonymous interaction logs are evaluated by Paul Cobbin to optimize response consistency, conversational pacing, and vocabulary adherence before the public subscription release.

6. Updates to This Policy

This policy will evolve as we expand Fama’s architecture to include additional capabilties, including future integrations like wearable device synchronization. All active Titans inside the Alignment Campus will receive direct-to-inbox notifications via our Cipherline newsletter regarding structural privacy updates.

7. Consent and Agreement

By checking the agreement box, initiating your Fama-Sync window, or signing any Formula For Life User Agreement, to enter the Titans Arena, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Privacy Policy.
